Participant Waiver for All Events Located on Property (Larimer County Parcel Numbers: 95074-05-701, 9507405702, 9507405704)

This is a legally-binding notice that protects the individuals or organizations from potential lawsuits arising from injuries or damages sustained during participation in activities or events. 

This waiver acknowledges the inherent risks associated with the activities and releases the organizer from liability.

By purchasing a ticket (consideration or compensation) you agree to this Waiver; you are assuming certain risks and waiving certain rights, including a right to sue. Please read it carefully before purchasing. THIS APPLIES TO EVERYONE who enters any portion of the property. 

As a condition of using The Savage Woods, LLC facilities, YOU agree to 1) adhere to applicable rules, regulations and policies; 2) exercise reasonable care and good judgment in using the facilities; and 3) observe the prescribed rules and hours of use. WARNING: STOBE LIGHTS AND GLUTEN VEGAN FREE MANUFATURED FOG EFFECTS MAY BE PRESENT. 

YOU acknowledge that activities taking place during any EVENT have inherent risk of injury, including, but not limited to, those related to contact with partaking IN REAL LIFE, WEATHER, EQUIPITMENT, ACT OF GOD, TRAFFIC.  

Risks include but are not limited to: raised heart rate, anxiety, lump or swelling in your neck, hoarseness, trouble swallowing, uncontrollable laughter, shortness of breath, change of vision, dizziness or lightheadedness, blurred vision, anxiety, irritability or mood changes, sweating, slurred speech, hunger, confusion or drowsiness, shakiness, weakness, headache, fast heartbeat, feeling jittery happy or not, allergic reaction, including swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat; problems breathing or swallowing; severe rash or itching; pregnancy (later), fainting or feeling dizzy; or very rapid heartbeat, muscle aches and pain, feeling tired or exhilarated, diarrhea, loss of taste,  cold-like symptoms, asymptomatic spread, heartburn, gas, muscle weakness, memory loss and mental confusion, neuropathy (nerve damage), cancer, or cancer cure, car accidents, twisted ankles, impotence, constipation, nightmares, vivid dreams, loss of sleep, good night sleep, fear of falling asleep, no problem sleeping. Consider this the Proposition 65 for East California (A.K.A. Colorado) that living causes cancer. Cardiovascular side effects: Increased blood pressure, rapid heartbeat, and changes in heart rhythm. Trump-level grandiosity, informality and dynamism speaking; high blood sugar, sore gums, spotting or bleeding between periods, sore breasts, nausea, headaches, irregular bleeding or light bleeding, breast tenderness, Kamala-level cackling, itching, stomach upset, allergic reactions, blood disorders, and liver damage, osteoporosis, gastrointestinal side effects. Interaction with the outdoors may cause rashes, itching, hives, dizziness, drowsiness, headaches, paranoia and tremors. Feelings of amusement, restfulness, playfulness, enjoyment, pleasant, lighthearted, merriment, jolliness, cheerfulness, dullness, boringness, tediousness, unpleasantness or gloomy could be side effects. 

This Waiver includes all past and future incidents, and may include provisions for assumption of risk, waiver of consequential damages, and/or waiver of punitive damages.

YOU further assume all risks, including injury and property loss as a result of YOUR participation in ANY event, even though such risks may have been caused by negligence and do release THE SAVAGE WOODS, LLC AND THE CREEPY WALK IN THE WOODS, INC, and its agents and employees, on behalf of yourself, executors and assigns, from any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to my participation in ANY EVENT.

The ACT of purchasing or obtaining admission, YOU agree that The Savage Woods, LLC and The Creepy Walk in the Woods is a beneficiary of ANY event and is in no way liable or responsible for any injuries.
